Benton Sisters
Three sisters from Lakeport, California, went from personal preference in
dietary change to publishing, educating, singing and starring in their own
weekly TV program, broadcasting to North America and Europe.
Trishonna, Emberly, and Audrey Benton, third generation vegetarians, grew up
on a little farm in northern California. They enjoyed milking goats and
gathering chicken eggs. They also bought cow’s milk from a neighbor.
As their health awareness grew, they notice many friends and relatives
suffered from symptoms of the rich diet (high fat, low fiber). They began
exploring new ways to build the body and strengthen the immune system with
natural foods. Their goal was to revise everyone’s favorite recipes, without
sacrificing familiar looks or taste.
The Benton Sisters’ tested recipes utilize principles that have proven
helpful in the prevention and reversing of common degenerative diseases. The
Lord has blessed their efforts; they have now published three cookbooks,
What’s Cooking in the Benton Sisters’ Kitchen, More Cooking in the Benton
Sisters’ Kitchen, and Still Cooking in the Benton Sisters’ Kitchen,
which include over 450 "teen tested" gourmet vegan recipes which use no refined
fat or sugars. They have also produced 28 cooking videos.
The Benton Sisters’ presentation has made it easy for people all over the
United States to successfully make permanent lifestyle changes. Their seminars
and videos make it easy to catch the contagious warmth and enthusiasm of these
young women as they share their personal experiences and a better way to health,
happiness, and dynamic living.
