Why do marriages self-destruct? Why do lovers stop loving? Why do couples break their vows and dissolve commitments that were suppose to last forever? Have we, in the midst of our hi-tech, “enlightened” generation, lost the ability to sustain loving, lasting relationships? Do we even remember what true love really is? Does such a thing really exist? If so, where can it be found? Who has experienced it? What does true love look like?

God’s Word is the eternal blueprint that can supply us with understanding. We can be thankful that in the midst of ever-changing value systems and opinions, we have one source to which we may turn to find the answers that can bring stability, hope and happiness back into our lives and relationships. This source is none other than the Word Of God. We can place our confidence in it because, unlike the changing ideas in popular how-to books, the Bible doesn’t become obsolete.
