Because of his Native American heritage, Monte is excited about evangelism and church growth in reaching Native people across North America. He was born on the Menomonee Reservation west of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and lived much of his younger years there.

The Lord has blessed his efforts in that the membership of Native American believers in the Northwest and Canada has increased more than 1000% in the last 12 years. He has held 86 evangelistic campaigns across the United States and Canada, as well as some overseas. His first love is unquestioningly evangelism.

Monte also enjoys preaching and writing. His hobbies are finish carpentry, flying, golf, and family camping.
