Mark Finley Pastor Mark Finley and his wife Ernestine have been involved in Christian ministry for more than 35 years-preaching, teaching, offering spiritual growth workshops and presenting healthful lifestyle lectures. Pastor Finley served as It Is Written's speaker/director from 1991-2004, and he currently holds the title of speaker emeritus for the ministry.
