I'd like to announce the birth of a new ABC bookmobile. We will be using this to do setup sales.

The truck is a '99 Dodge Dually with a Cummins Turbo. We call it our "miracle truck" because we purchased it with only 36,000 miles for $6,000 less than the blue-book value. More than $10,000 less than the price of a new one. It's also a miracle that the conference administration believed so much in this project that they gave us $10,000 toward it...no strings attached.

The Trailer is a 7'x16' Pace with 10,000# gvwr and 6" of extra height. It has 2 strips of e-track so we can strap shelves or freezers anywhere. The cord you can see attached to the back is hooked to florescent lights and plug-in receptacles inside. When in actual use, the back of the trailer will hold about 14-16 stacks of white trays. The shelves will hold 120 cases of food, any one of which will stay while driving and can be pulled out without moving any other case of food. We will also be able to carry food in the back of the truck, under the cap.
