Quick Overview

The Desire of Ages, Volume 3 of the Conflict of the Ages series, is Ellen White’s classic on the life of Jesus – the One who stands at the center of all human history. No one else has had such a profound influence on Planet Earth as Jesus Christ. In this book the author does not set forth the events of Jesus’ life in strict chronological order, but she presents Him as the One who can satisfy the deepest yearnings of the human heart. She presents the divine beauty of the life of the Savior, the love of God as revealed in His Son. New and glorious light flashes from many familiar passages of Scripture. Follow Jesus in these pages from His birth in Bethlehem’s stable to His death on the cross, His glorious resurrection, and triumphant return to heaven.

Approximate dimensions are 8.4" x 5.6"

Includes pictures and a scriptural index as well as a general index

"Volume 3" is noted on the spine

AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY:

Ellen G. White

Ellen G. White was a woman of remarkable spiritual gifts who lived most of her life during the nineteenth century (1827 – 1915), yet through her writings she is still making a revolutionary impact on millions of people around the world. During her lifetime she wrote more than 5,000 periodical articles and 40 books; but today, including compilations from her 50,000 pages of manuscript, more than 100 titles are available in English. She is the most translated woman writer in the entire history of literature, and the most translated American author of either gender. Her writings cover a broad range of subjects, including religion, education, social relationships, evangelism, prophecy, publishing, nutrition, and management. Her life-changing masterpiece on successful Christian living, Steps to Christ, has been published in more than 140 languages, and many readers consider her classic on the life of Christ, The Desire of Ages, to be her greatest work.
