Author el Senor Edgardo L. Maxwell spent six long years as a missionary in Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina.
During this time he traveled more than 20,000 miles over every kind of road, trail, no road, and no trail by the most primitive means—the burro—as well as on foot, by steamship, and by railway.
Much of his time was spent traveling up and down and over the Andes, the highest and most rugged mountain range in the Americas.
This little book tells a few of his many thrilling and unusual experiences sharing the gospel in South America.
