Quick Overview

Great marriages don’t just happen; they are intentionally designed.

This book explains how.

A comprehensive, straightforward guide, I Do provides well-researched information about how to preserve your commitment, build a healthy life together, and enjoy a long-lasting relationship.

From establishing relationship roles, resolving conflict, and connecting sexually to dealing with in-laws, managing money, and developing spirituality, the concepts in this book will give you and your future spouse the advantage of knowing what successful couples have learned about creating a strong marriage. In addition, you’ll find thought-provoking exercises designed to help you and your future spouse explore, understand, and grow in the art of loving each other.

You’ll also understand why some relationships tend to fail, how society values contribute to a relationship’s downfall, and what you can do to safeguard your marriage.

This is the book every couple needs to read before—and even after—they say “I do.”

AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY:

Gabor Mihalec

Gábor Mihalec is an accomplished licensed couples and family therapist from Hungary.  Through his work with couples he has gained deep insights into the dynamics of marriage through all its different life stages. He is convinced that if we know the unconscious patterns that control a relationship, we have a good chance of changing it for the good. His goal is to help couples achieve this through tried and tested techniques and the practical application of the best that contemporary research has to offer. In addition to his own research and experience, he has drawn from the best specialists in the field for the writing of his valuable book, No More Games. In addition to his busy practice, Gábor also conducts seminars in Hungary, Europe and further afield. He holds a PhD in Pastoral Psychology, and, together with his wife, Dora, he has two children, Viktor and Bogi.
