Bertram L. Melbourne, Ph.D., is a professor of biblical language and literature and former interim dean and associate dean for academic affairs at Howard University School of Divinity. A highly accomplished religious and educational administrator, Melbourne is a conflict resolver, problem solver, New Testament scholar, international academic, pastor, and founder/president of College Educate Our Sons (CEOS). He is married with three grown children and lives in Glenn Dale, Maryland.
